We watched the same story play out, again and again - in case files, courtrooms and behind closed doors.

Patterns of control, manipulation, and psychological abuse that the law alone couldn’t always define.

We identified a silent epidemic within family law and decided to call it out. What began as an observation is now a mission for awareness and accountability.

The Beginning

Divorce the Narcissist began as a conversation...

between two lawyers who had noticed what others missed: the silent diminution of self which is a hallmark of emotional manipulation.

Through years of observing patterns in law, psychology, and human behaviour, we saw the same story repeat; control masked as care, and silence mistaken for weakness.

What began as professional observation has since evolved into a campaign for awareness and change.

Because when manipulation hides behind love, and abuse wears the mask of normalcy, the law alone isn’t enough, awareness must walk alongside it.

What We Noticed

What we noticed were systemic patterns: abuse without remorse, calculated control, and an uncanny ability to manage public perception. It was, and remains, gender-agnostic.

What began as an exchange of stories and insights gradually took shape as a mission: to help others recognise the patterns, reclaim their power, and rebuild their lives - legally, emotionally, and practically.

In many ways, narcissism has been normalised within Indian culture - often disguised as respect, obedience, or family duty.

It can appear anywhere: in a parent, a sibling, a friend, a boss, or a co-worker.

And while you cannot divorce your family, you can divorce a spouse.

That single difference inspired this platform - to help those who can walk away, do so with clarity, dignity, and strength.

Why We Built This

We realised that the decision to leave a toxic relationship is not instantaneous, it's a long, drawn-out process of unlearning fear, confusion, and guilt.

Walking away physically may seem easier, but very few know how to walk away emotionally, financially, and to do so securely.

That is where we come in.

Divorce the Narcissist exists to transform awareness into action, offering clarity, education, and grounded support to those ready to reclaim their autonomy from toxic control.

What We Stand For

To spark a movement of awareness - a safe space for those disentangling from toxic relationships.

A platform that translates legalese into simple language, balances emotional depth with practical guidance, and restores clarity where confusion once prevailed.

We believe that life is too short to live in fear or regret.

  • Everyone deserves peace of mind and personal agency.

  • Everyone deserves a life that is fulfilling, not performative.

  • Freedom should never feel like chaos.

  • Healing deserves structure, not stigma.

Our approach is clear: No drama. No judgment. Just clear-cut direction.

Who We Are

Advocates for awareness, helping individuals recognize, reclaim, and rebuild.
