HIGH-CONFLICT DIVORCE & MATRIMONIAL LAW
VISIT
OUR APPROACH
This is not a standard
matrimonial practice.
It was never meant to be.
DTN was built around a simple but uncommon observation: in high-conflict cases, the psychological dynamic IS the case. Understanding it changes everything.
THE BEGINNING
We watched the same story play out, again and again.
In case files, courtrooms and behind closed doors - the same patterns kept appearing. Control masked as care. Silence mistaken for weakness. Abuse wearing the mask of normalcy.
Patterns of manipulation and psychological coercion that the law alone couldn’t always name, let alone address.
DTN began as a conversation between two lawyers who noticed what others missed — the slow, silent diminution of self that sits at the centre of every high-conflict marriage. We identified what we came to see as an epidemic within family law. And we decided to call it out.
"What started as a professional observation became a practice built on one founding belief."
DTN exists to to help others recognise the patterns, reclaim their ground, and walk away with clarity, dignity, and a legal strategy that actually accounts for who they are dealing with.
WHAT GUIDES EVERY DTN CASE
Four Principles. Every Case
Anticipate, don't just react
High-conflict parties are often strategic.
We anticipate the next move - in correspondence,
in court, in negotiations - rather than simply responding to what has already happened.
Legal and Psychological understanding are not separate
You cannot fight a psychological battle with only legal tools. Our approach accounts for this - and where clients need additional support through proceedings, we have the resources to point them in the right direction.
Believe the Pattern, not just the incident.
Individual incidents can be explained away.
Patterns cannot.
We look at the full picture - what has happened, how,
and why - before we advise.
Protect you from the process itself
Litigation in high-conflict cases is often used as a weapon. We recognise this and structure our approach to minimise the toll on you while maximising effectiveness.

THE FIRM BEHIND DTN
Behind DTN: a full-service
practice built on behavioural intelligence
DTN operates as the specialist high-conflict matrimonial division of Namahaa Legal - a boutique practice based in Hyderabad, practicing across India.
Namahaa Legal was founded on the principle that the most complex disputes cannot be resolved by legal precision alone. Understanding the behaviour of parties - what drives escalation, how they strategise - is what separates sound legal strategy from mechanical process.
This is what we call behavioural intelligence. It runs through everything - at DTN and at Namahaa Legal.
